Earlier this week, we were closely monitoring forecasts that showed the potential for icy conditions on Saturday.

We want to thank everyone who reached out, and would like you to know that your concerns were heard and taken seriously.

After consulting with local meteorologists and continuing to monitor updated forecasts, were encouraged to see that weather conditions have steadily improved, with any potential impacts now expected to occur early Sunday morning rather than during Hot Hearts.

Every updated forecast leading into the weekend continues to trend toward safe conditions on Saturday.

Our team has taken careful consideration of every aspect of the day of Hot Hearts- from travel, to on-site logistics, and has made small adjustments where needed to prioritize safety, including moving lunch food trucks indoors.

With these precautions in place, we are very comfortable proceeding as planned.

The Hot Hearts stati, speakers, and artists are all comfortable, confident, and genuinely excited for what's ahead. We're looking forward to a safe, meaningful weekend together and appreciate your trust as we continue to prioritize the well-being of everyone involved.

Online registration and ticket sales ended on Friday, January 16.
Tickets will be available to purchase on Saturday, January 24 at the door at Ford Park.
